By the time you read this, I will be dead forty thousand feet up in the air on my way to Germany. I’m off to stay with my aunt, uncle, and cousins for eleven days in their house in Landshut, which is in Bavaria (where all the crazies live) and pretty close to Munich (where all the awesome things happen).
I’m travelling with my brother, Tommy, and it’s going to be quite the experience because it’s his first time on an aeroplane since he was one year old. I have no idea how he’s going to react, and I’m honestly expecting a full on panic by the time we board the plane.
Aside from going into town and doing lots of swimming, I’m not entirely sure what my younger brother and I are going to get up to when we’re over there. I would love to go into Munich a couple of times, as I love the place and Tommy has never been. I also want to go to one of King Ludwig’s (you know I mentioned crazy earlier? Well, Ludwig pretty much sets the standard for Bavaria’s population) castles, because I’ve been meaning to go to one ever since my aunt married my uncle… about thirteen years ago, if not more.

I’m hoping to vlog the whole trip and upload the videos on my Youtube channel when I return home to England at the end of the month. I’m not promising anything, though, because my vlogging plans for Amberica went out the window fast. I definitely plan on writing all sorts of posts when I get back, similar to my Amberica feature. I have a few things in mind already, but if you have any requests then you should let me know! I love travelling, and I love talking about travelling, so this is the perfect opportunity to find out what you guys want to see. I have already been asked to visit the local bookstore, and I’m on a mission to try as much German food as I can.
My posts over the next two weeks aren’t going to be following my usual Monday to Friday schedule, and I won’t be posting quite as much, but I’ll be around! Probably on Twitter because I’m an addict. See you all soon!
I´m not sure if you´re just kidding or being serious, but Bavarian people are not crazy. I don´t know about your relatives, but the normal Bavarian is a nice and friendly person.
I thought it was pretty obvious that I was joking considering my family members are Bavarian…
Have fun, Amber!! I’ll be looking forward to all your posts when you come back!

Thanks Rita 😀 I’m having a fantastic time.
Viel Spaß! 😀 Ich liebe Muenchen, est is schoen. (I can’t be bothered to do umlauts so have some extra e’s instead)
Extra e’s are my favourite kind. Alt codes are so much hassle. Munich is the best, I loooove it.
Lol crazy rich people are awesome. *I* think it’s obvious you are joking.
Landshut looks beautiful omg
How’d the vlogging go? XD
