Wow, so this is something that you haven’t seen in a while! Truth be told, both Judith and I kind of forgot about Epic Recs over the summer because we both had so many other things going on. We’re back now! *dances wildly* We’re going to be doing things a little differently this month because we’re both behind on a few books. So, instead of recommending new epic books during September, we’re going to be using this month to catch up on the books that we’ve missed.
I’m quite looking forward to all of these, but particularly for The Luxe. I know that More Than This is going to destroy me, which is why I’ve been putting it off, but now I have to read it with Tatum because I promised and everything is going to be weird and also painful.
Obviously I want Judith to read all of these right now because they are, in my opinion, epic. I’m mostly excited to see how she reacts to The Song of Achilles because MWAHAHAHA PAIN AND DEATH.
For those of you who don’t know, Epic Recs is a monthly thing where Judith and I, and other pairs or groups of people, recommend a book to each other. It can either be a truly epic book that you are dying for someone to read, or a troll-worthy book that you just want to force upon your friend. Judith and I have been doing the former, obviously, because we like to share books that make us cry. If you want to take part, then go ahead and do so! You can leave a link in the Linky, which I do not have but Judith probably does.
I also need to tell you that we’re no longer going to be able to pair people up for Epic Recs. Both Judith and I are so busy lately with work and university, and it’s not fair to you guys when we take ages to find a partner for you. However, you are still able to use the Linky for your own Epic Recs posts, and that means that you’re welcome to find your own partners! You can use the #EpicRecs hastag on Twitter to either advertise yourself (not for that reason!) or look for a partner in crime. Good luck to you all!

haven’t read any of them ^_^ yeah not even to kill a mockingbird
GET ON THAT!
I really enjoyed The Luxe, what everyone says about it being historical Gossip Girl is definitely true. Good luck on this month’s picks 😀
Haha I do love some good Rich People Drama so I’m excited to read it XD
THE LUXE is the best kind of guilty pleasure read. It’s just like Gossip Girl but in historical YA form. YOU WILL LOVE. Just don’t expect a ton of depth. 😉
Teeheeee. I started reading it but then I got distracted, so I need to hurry up and get back to it.
Have fun reading The Luxe. I read the whole series this summer and loved it. And Just One Day is one of my faves!
The Luxe is so fun and drama-y! I know that series was shallow and silly, but I kind of loved it anyway. Good luck with your books! 😀
