On a cool autumn night, Annaliese Rose Gordon stumbled out of the woods and into a high school party. She was screaming. Drenched in blood. Then she vanished.
A year later, Annaliese is found wandering down a road hundreds of miles away. She doesn’t know who she is. She doesn’t know how she got there. She only knows one thing: She is not the real Annaliese Rose Gordon.
Now Annaliese is haunted by strange visions and broken memories. Memories of a reckless, desperate wish . . . a bloody razor . . . and the faces of other girls who disappeared. Piece by piece, Annaliese’s fractured memories come together to reveal a violent, endless cycle that she will never escape—unless she can unlock the twisted secrets of her past.
They hear the most silent of footsteps.
They are faster than anything you’ve ever seen.
And They won’t stop chasing you…until you are dead.Amy is watching TV when it happens, when the world is attacked by Them. These vile creatures are rapidly devouring mankind. Most of the population is overtaken, but Amy manages to escape—and even rescue “Baby,” a toddler left behind in the chaos. Marooned in Amy’s house, the girls do everything they can to survive—and avoid Them at all costs.
After years of hiding, they are miraculously rescued and taken to New Hope, a colony of survivors living in a former government research compound. While at first the colony seems like a dream with plenty of food, safety, and shelter, New Hope slowly reveals that it is far from ideal. And Amy soon realizes that unless things change, she’ll lose Baby—and much more.
A cruise ship. A beautiful island. Two sexy guys. What could possibly go wrong?
In the Bermuda Triangle—a lot.
Hoping to leave behind the reminders of her crappy life–her father’s death years ago, her mother’s medical problems, and the loser who’s practically stalking her–seventeen-year-old Autumn Taylor hops on a ship with her sister for a little distraction. When she wakes up in the Bermuda Triangle, she fears she’s gone nuts for more than one reason: that loser’s suddenly claiming they’re a happy couple… a hot guy is wrapping his arms around her and saying “Happy Anniversary”… and suddenly, she’s full of bruises, losing her hair, and getting IV medication. Autumn visits the ship’s doctor, hoping for a pill or a shot to make the craziness go away. Instead, she’s warned that these “alternate realities” could become permanent.
She just has to ask herself one question—how the hell is she going to get out of this mess?
There aren’t as many debuts coming out this month that I’m looking forward to. May was crazy, so I’m kind of glad that June will give me a chance to catch up.
Speaking of catching up with debuts, have you checked out the read-a-thon I’m hosting at the end of the month? Here is the info and sign up post, if you are interested. Basically, it’s a four day read-a-thon that focuses on 2013 debuts! I’m really excited for it, and I hope everyone is going to have a fantastic time. I can’t wait to get to some of the neglected debuts that have been on my shelf for ages!

I’m sad that The Rules for Disappearing hasn’t got a UK publisher yet.. 🙁 I really wanted to read it and unfortunately it’s really expensive on Amazon, and you can get it at Waterstones, etc. I think I’ll have to get it later on 😀

I saw that it was £9+ on Amazon! I’m definitely going to get a physical copy at some point, although I’ll be waiting until the price goes down a bit too.

Harper Collins set me a copy of PARALLEL and it just sounds so great! I need to read it really soon! I’m glad to hear you liked it, as I feel like I haven’t heard much about it at all and wasn’t sure what to expect.
