It’s almost time for my favourite event of the year! Dewey’s 24 Hour Readathon! The readathon has been running for an entire decade now, and I have been taking part for five or six years. It’s always an exciting twenty four hours when the book community gets together to chat about books, marathon some books, and encourage each other.
I’ll be updating my progress on Twitter this time around because it’s faster than updating the blog post. I’ll probably start a thread or something.
I’ve put together a list of what will hopefully be short and easy reads. I mostly measure my progress by page count during this readathon, so I could read one massive book, but I figured I would feel more satisfied if I finished a couple of shorter ones. Here’s what I’m thinking of reading:
Love, Hate & Other Filters by Samira Ahmed (280 pages)
Six Little Secrets by Katlyn Duncan (150 pages)
The Dark Intercept by Julia Keller (320 pages)
Out of Nowhere by Maria Padian (256 pages)
Speechless by Hannah Harrington (288 pages)
Dead Zone by Robison Wells (373 pages)
Ruby Red by Kerstin Gier (330 pages)
This Is Not A Test by Courtney Summers (322 pages)
Have you posted a TBR for the readathon? What’s your goal?
