November is always a slow month when it comes to releases, but there are a few books that I’m looking forward to. Winter is the only one that I’ll be buying and reading right away because I’m on a ban/have work, but I’m definitely interested in getting the rest soon.
Ten Thousand Skies Above You by Claudia Gray
Time travel. Enough said, really.
I’ve never read anything by Kate Elliot, but I’ve heard she’s a great fantasy writer. I’ll probably be reading her other books first, but this one is about a captain who fails his mission when his king dies. I think it sounds awesome.
Every single blogger I know is excited for this one. I haven’t read Fairest yet, but I’m wondering if I can go ahead and read Winter anyway? I need more Thorne and Cinder (OTP) in my life ASAP.
I haven’t loved a Richelle Mead book since Vampire Academy and Dark Swan, but I am still trying. I am excited for this one though because CHINESE FOLKLORE and FANTASY.
I think you’ll be fine with reading Winter before Fairest! Soundless looks and sounds amazing. I am interested in Black wolves, because they pitch it for people who liked Marco Polo – and I loved that TV show.
Excellent! I’ll read Fairest eventually, I suppose. Soundless does sound really good, although I’ve heard that the depiction of Chinese culture/language isn’t the best. I still want to read it though!
